Welcome to Xenhelp! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Xenhelp's Multi-Tenant Handyman Service Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Xenhelp if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. SaaS License & Tenant Subdomains

Xenhelp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform via your allocated tenant subdomain (e.g., [tenant].xenhelp.com). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

3. Service Commission & Fees

• Platform fee is calculated as a dynamic percentage of the total transaction amount (standard baseline is 10%).
• All subscription fees and payments are processed securely through default linked gateway providers.
• Taxes (including local GST/VAT) will be added where applicable and are calculated in real-time.

4. User and Provider Verification

All service contractors registering via native mobile companion apps must verify their identity using mobile phone OTP checks. False profiles or invalid documentation will result in immediate tenant termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xenhelp, nor any of its developers or parent company partners, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this marketplace platform.
